POSTAGE METHODS

Your product will be shipped from our showroom in Melbourne. Orders are sent via Australia post. We understand shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive and have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are as good as they can be.

Your order confirmation email will include a unique tracking number. This number can be used to follow the delivery of your item on the e-Parcel link below:

Standard delivery times of 2-7 working days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

We dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed.

 Please note that until September Storm in a Teacup is operating with a skeleton staff who are only able to post orders once a week- It may take 7 days longer than normal to get it to you

 

DAMAGED GOODS

The upmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately info@storminateacup.com.au to discuss your situation.

Repairs, Warranties and replacement.

If a product is faulty please contact us immediately info@storminateacup.com.au so as to authorize a repair or replacement. Any claim must be made within 48hrs of receipt of the goods.
